1. About Tadded

Tadded is a digital marketplace platform that connects users with tattoo artists and studios.

We provide subscription-based access to certain platform features, tools, and content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tadded.

3. Subscription and Payment

Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly or annual basis (depending on your selection) until cancelled.

Payment Processor: Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc.

Pricing: Prices are listed in GBP (£), USD ($), or EUR (€), as applicable.

Taxes: Prices may exclude VAT or sales taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time via your Tadded account settings.

Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our platform, including but not limited to:

  1. Posting illegal, harmful, or infringing content

  2. Engaging in harassment or abusive behaviour

  3. Attempting to circumvent payment systems

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Tadded (excluding user-generated content) is owned by Tadded Ltd.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tadded is not liable for:

  1. The quality, safety, or outcome of any tattoos arranged via the platform

  2. Third-party service interruptions

  3. Any indirect or consequential damages

    Maximum liability will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9. Dispute Resolution

Where possible, disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
