Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1, July, 2025.

Tadded Subscriptions: Tadded offers recurring subscription plans.

1. Subscription Billing

  1. Billing occurs monthly or annually (depending on your plan)

  2. Payment is processed securely via Stripe

2. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. How to Cancel

You can cancel any time via your Tadded account dashboard.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

We do not provide partial refunds for unused time during a billing cycle, except where required by consumer law (e.g., 14-day cooling-off for UK/EU consumers purchasing online).

5. Cooling-Off Period (UK/EU)

If you’re an individual consumer based in the UK or EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel for a full refund if you haven’t started using the service.
